Notice: start date for swimming lessons at Bob MacQuarrie


Swimming lessons at Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex will start the week of September 3. The annual pool maintenance closure that usually takes place in September has been pushed to December for this year.

Start your Christmas shopping early


Find unique items at the Nepean Sportsplex Christmas Craft Show happening October 24 to 27. Find one-of-a-kind items, featuring over 130 talented artisans, artists and designers and their creations including clothing, jewelry, gourmet food and other wonderful gifts.

Heart Wise inspiration


"I found my independence again. I found a group of like-minded women who have become a support system. I found myself again, and I am profoundly grateful," says Helen Lupiano after participating in the Heart Wise Exercise program as part of her recovery from a ruptured aneurysm.
