All residents of our community are invited to attend our regular board meetings, which occur the third Monday of every month from 7:30 to 8:30pm at various locations in the community. If you are interested in attending, please contact us at qtsrcommunity@gmail.com to confirm that the meeting is going forward as scheduled.

Our Annual General Meeting
The AGM of the QTSR Community Association takes place in the fall of each year. We vote on board members, approve any changes to our Constitution, and discuss the evolving role of the community association in our neighbourhood. We hope that you'll attend! Please email us and ask to join our mailing list to be sure you receive a notice about this year's meeting!
