Beginning
Saturday, June 12, all City of Ottawa and Ottawa Public Health pop-up
COVID-19 vaccine clinics will accept residents from any of Ottawa’s priority neighbourhoods for first-dose vaccination. This includes teachers, staff, students and
their households of any school located in a priority neighbourhood.
To check your home or school address for eligibility visit OttawaPublicHealth.ca.
Expanding eligibility will raise vaccination rates in priority
neighbourhoods and assist in removing some of the greatest barriers to
accessing the vaccine. Residents from outside priority neighbourhoods
will be directed to available appointments in the provincial vaccine booking system or at a participating pharmacy.
Residents in priority neighbourhoods may also be eligible for vaccination at the Bruyère Family Medicine Centre. Please visit bruyere.org to review eligibility and access their online booking tool.
Eligible residents must be 12 years of age or over at the time of
vaccination. Appointments can only be made in-person during clinic
operating hours, on a first come first served basis. If there is a
waiting period, residents may receive an appointment card with a time to
return to the clinic for their vaccine.
