Register for the Planning Primer II Session

The Planning Primer Program has helped hundreds of Ottawa residents become more aware of and involved in the land-use planning process.  The program is a series of half-day courses.

You can register online for the course until October 21, 2016. Seating is limited to 40 residents per session.

Planning Primer II course covers the following topics: 
  • Six Most Common Types of Development Applications
  • The Decision Makers
  • Pre-consultation and Submission of Applications
  • Public Notification and Application Review
  • Issue Resolution and Report Writing
  • The Urban Design Review Panel

The three upcoming sessions are as follows:

Offered in English - October 22, 2016 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Festival Control Boardroom, 1st floor Ottawa City Hall)

Offered in English - October 24, 2016 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Festival Control Boardroom, 1st floor Ottawa City Hall)

Offered in French - October 31, 2016 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. (Colonel By Boardroom, 2nd floor Ottawa City Hall)
