As you may know, the Government of Ontario is reviewing how the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) operates and its role in the province’s land use planning system and is hosting a series of Town Hall meetings to support the initiative. You are invited to participate in a Public Town Hall Meeting to learn about the OMB’s current role in the land use planning process, to provide your perspectives, and to review and comment on changes the government is considering.
On Wednesday, November 9th, there will be a public meeting in Ottawa at the St. Anthony’s Banquet Hall (523 St. Anthony Street). Registration and an open house will take place from 5:00-6:00 pm. The town hall will begin at 6:00pm and end at 9:30pm.
